Scott Hahn would want a re-evangelisation but Catholics would have to return to a Church, which rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, interprets Vatican Council II with an irrationality, uses a false premise to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church...

When Scott Hahn speaks about the New Evangelization  of course he would be in schism with the past popes, since he interprets Vatican Council II, with Cushingism, and a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
So the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance would be exceptions to the dogma EENS. This is being Catholic for him, on Catholic Answers and EWTN.
So he would want a re-evangelisation of Catholics, who have left their Faith, but he would want them to return to a  a Catholic Church, which rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, interprets Vatican Council II with an irrationality, use a false premise to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1994)... So this is a new Catholic Church and it does not have a continuity with the past.May be this was the reason why many left the Catholic Church.
On the other hand a discerning Catholic, may ask, why does  Scott Hahn as an evangeliser, not affirm Vatican Council II and EENS with Feeneyism instead of Cushingism and then there would be harmony with the old evangelisation, the old doctrines on Mission.
Why should Catholics want to re-enter the Catholic Church when Scott Hahn does not believe that every one needs to enter the Catholic Church to avoid Hell ?
So Catholic dogmas can be thrown out by the popes.
He does not believe that all Protestants and Orthodox Christians are on the way to Hell since there are  exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II to the dogma EENS? But with the theology of Feeneyism there would be no exceptions to the dogma EENS and the Syllabus of Errors on other religions and ecumenism.
Protestants also believe in Christ and they accept contraception and abortion, so is only proclaiming Jesus without the necessity of being a member of the Catholic Church enough?
This is the limitation of the New Evangelisation. It is proclaiming Jesus without traditional Catholic doctrine on mission and salvation which is not contradicted by Vatican Council II,interpreted with Feeneyism.- -Lionel Andrades
