The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is filing a friend of the court brief against President Donald Trump's travel ban, claiming it is "blatant religious discrimination."
The brief was filed on September 12, a day after U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy halted a lower court decision to block Trump's Executive Order 13780, banning the acceptance of "certain aliens" from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, adding, "These are countries that had already been identified as presenting heightened concerns about terrorism."1
The United States State Department( Department of Education Against Religious Discrimination,House Ethics Committee) must note that the U.S Conference of Catholic Bishops at it's Pontifical North American College(PNAC),the Catholic seminary in Rome, discriminates against students who affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and so would be saying that all Muslims and other non Catholics are oriented to Hell with no exceptions.
NO DENIAL FROM ABP.MYERS AND RECTOR FR.PETER HARMAN
This can be confirmed at the seminary where it will not be denied. Archbishop John J. Myers of Newark, New Jersey, Chair of the Board of Governors of the College and Fr. Peter Harman will concede that an American student who affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to the missionaries of the 16th century and Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston will not be admitted.They will be discriminated against.
EVERY AMERICAN STUDENT HAS TO CLAIM INVISIBLE PEOPLE ARE VISIBLE TO THEM
Every American student has to claim that invisible cases of the baptism of desire (BOD), baptism of blood(BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible exceptions to the dogma EENS. They are examples of salvation outside the Church even when there are no known cases known to any one in 2017. Affirming this irrationality is a pass for admission.
The U.S Attorney General and the United States House Committee on Ethics/Office of Congressional Ethics could file a case of deception, cheating and lying against the USCCB I mentioned in a previous blog post. Their discrimination against American Catholic students extends to the Pontifical American College in Rome.
PRESIDENT TRUMP PLEASE END THE USCCB FAKE NEWS VERSION OF VATICAN COUNCIL II
US President Donald Trump could ask the USCCB bishops to interpret Vatican Council II correctly. They must be asked to interpret the Council rationally and traditionally and not according to the political Left.
According to 'charity and justice' mentioned in the USCCB press release Muslims need to be told that they are all oriented to Hell, with no known exceptions in 2017 and this is the teaching of the Catholic Church before and after Vatican Council II(1960-1965).
USCCB JOINT STATEMENT IDEOLOGICAL
The USCCB released a joint statement,signed by Cardinal Daniel N. DiNardo of Galveston-Houston, president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), and Archbishop José H. Gomez of Los Angeles, vice president of the USCCB, which states in part:
The bond between Christians and Muslims is founded on the unbreakable strength of charity and justice. The Second Vatican Council in Nostra Aetate urged us to sincerely work toward a mutual understanding that would "promote together for the benefit of all mankind social justice and moral welfare, as well as peace and freedom." The Church will not waiver in her defense of our sisters and brothers of all faiths who suffer at the hands of merciless persecutors...
The USCCB has here intentionally interpreted Vatican Council II and Nostra Aetate with Cushingism(invisible people are visible) instead of Feeneyism (invisible people are not visible), with reference to Muslims and people of other faiths.They have used an ideological approach which is not supported by the text.According to Vatican Council II Feeneyism, all Muslims and other non Catholics are on the way to Hell in 2017, with no exceptions, unless they convert into the Catholic Church. All need faith and baptism (Ad Gentes 7,Lumen Gentium 14) for salvation.Catholics are 'the new people of God', Catholics are the Chosen People.(Nostra Aetate 4).Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation(Ad Gentes 7,Lumen Gentium 14).The Cushingites bishops on the USCCB are faking it on Vatican Council II.The Council (Feeneyite) is in hamony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to the 16th century missionaries. There is no development with Vatican Council II(Feeneyism).
US GOVERNMENT COULD HELP CATHOLICS
So the US Government could help Catholics to freely affirm Vatican Council II and other Church documents(Catechism etc) in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (Feeneyite); as the dogma was interpreted over the centuries.
CHURCH MILITANT TV DETROIT HAS TO COMPROMISE
Presently even Catholic media like Michael Voris' Church Militant TV(CMTV) in Detroit, has to affirm Vatican Council II with the false premise or they will be persecuted by the USCCB and the Archbishop of Detroit.So Michael Voris continues to interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with an irrational premise to elicit a non traditional conclusion, which is ideological.They have to teach heresy to lay Catholics and affirm it themselves.
USCCB DECEIVES CATHOLICS
The USCCB deceives Catholics and Americans in general on the salvation issue and Vatican Council II. There are no known cases in 2017 of BOD,BOB and I.I yet the American bishops will expect students at the PNAC to infer that invisible for us I.I, BOD and BOB are visible exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). All students from Catholic religious communities in the USA have to voice this nonsense.Those who do not will be discriminated against.
USCCB ENFORCING DECEPTION AT PNAC
The Attorney General and the House Committee must note that for the USCCB Vatican Council II is a rupture with Catholic Tradition in general and the past ecclesiology based on the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Yet there are no cases in 2017 of people saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance etc.There are no cases of BOD, BOB and I.I in 2017. This is deception. The USCCB is enforcing this deception at PNAC.The USCCB insists on all Catholics for ideological reasons accept a false premise( invisible BOD, BOB and I.I are physically visible) and conclusion(visible BOD, BOB and I.I are examples of salvation outside the Church and they contradict the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church).This is dishonest and not Catholic.
USCCB AND PNAC DISCRIMINATE AGAINST CATHOLICS BECAUSE OF THEIR FAITH
The USCCB and PNAC discriminate against Catholics because of their faith.An American Catholic cannot enter any US Catholic seminary to be a priest if he does not affirm invisible for us BOD, BOB and I.I as being visible exceptions to the dogma EENS.They also slander the American Jesuit priest Fr. YOUNG SEMINARIAN HAS TO USE AN IRRATIONAL PREMISE
A young Catholic cannot enter the seminary in the USA if he affirms the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and says all Muslims are oriented to the fires of Hell according to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7).This is the official Church teaching according to magisterial documents interpreted without the false premise of invisible people being visible.But he is not allowed to affirm it.
BISHOPS WILL NOT AFFIRM THE CATHOLIC FAITHThe USCCB bishops do not state that all Muslims and Jews are oriented to Hell since they die without 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).
RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION BASED ON LEFTIST IDEOLOGY : US GOVT. SHOULD D ADDRESS IT
Catholic priests are not allowed to offer the Tridentine Latin Mass, the Novus Ordo Mass in English or the Byzantine Greek Mass if they affirm Vatican Council II (AG 7) and say that all Muslim and Jews need to convert into the Catholic Church with 'faith and baptism' for salvation( to avoid Hell. Instead the priest will be suspended by the USCCB.
