The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is filing a friend of the court brief against President Donald Trump's travel ban, claiming it is "blatant religious discrimination."
The brief was filed on September 12, a day after U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy halted a lower court decision to block Trump's Executive Order 13780, banning the acceptance of "certain aliens" from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, adding, "These are countries that had already been identified as presenting heightened concerns about terrorism."1

The U.S Attorney General and the United States House Committee on Ethics/Office of Congressional Ethics could file a case of deception, cheating and lying against the USCCB.
The USCCB deceives Catholics and Americans in general on the salvation issue and the truth about the much reported Vatican Council II.
The U.S Attorney General must note that there are no known cases in 2017 of non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance(I.I), the baptism of desire(BOD) or baptism of blood(BOB) without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.Yet the USCCB continues to infer that invisible for us I.I, BOD and BOB are visible exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). So they continue to slander the U.S priest Fr. Leonard Feeney for not accepting that invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are visible exceptions to the dogma EENS, which he upheld.The bishops violate the Principle of Non Contradiction. How can people in Heaven be visible on earth? How can someone who is known only to God and is invisible for us be considered personally known on earth? Why did Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Centers have to accept all this nonsense from the Archbishop of Boston ? An apology is due from the USCCB.
The Attorney General and the House Committee must also note that for the USCCB Vatican Council II is a rupture with Catholic Tradition in general and the past ecclesiology based on the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Yet there are no cases in 2017 of people saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance etc. This is deception on the part of the US bishops. This ideological deception.There goal is the New World Order with a new understanding of Jesus and the Church.
The Attorney General must bring the attention of Cardinal Gomez, the Archbishop of Los Angeles to a group of lay brothers, who are living as a society instead of a religious committee in Los Angeles.They affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr. Leonard Feeney.But for Cardinal Gomes there are known exceptions to EENS in 2017, even when he cannot name any case. The Catholics in Los Angeles and the religious brothers have to accept this irrationality which is approved by the Left for them to be recognised by the Archbishop of Los Angeles.

Likewise all the Catholic religious communities in New England, USA have to affirm this USCCB deception to be recognised by the local bishop.They have to pretend that there is no problem. They have to interpret Vatican Council II as a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus even when BOD, BOB and I.I are hypothetical cases, and they are not explicit exceptions to the traditional interpretation of EENS which is rejected by Pope Francis.Invisible people are visible and they are exceptions to EENS is the reasoning of adult men at the USCCB.
Fr. Leonard Feeney was an American Jesuit. The Vatican needs to apologise and clear his name.
Instead the USCCB is enforcing a false premise and conclusion for ideological reasons and this is dishonest and not Catholic.
Why cannot the EWTN in the USA state that the Catholic Church made an objective mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case in Boston and that BOD, BOB and I.I never were exceptions? The Attorney General must ask them.The USCCB must be asked to state that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
The bishops, however, claim the order "has both the purpose and effect of discriminating against Muslims," adding that it singles out "the populations of six Muslim nations for sweeping immigration restrictions that apply to no one else in the world, not because of their conduct but because of their faith."
The USCCB also discrimates against Catholics because of their faith.An American Catholic cannot enter a seminary to be a priest if he does not affirm invisible for us BOD, BOB and I.I as being visible exceptions to the dogma EENS.
A young Catholic cannot enter the seminary in the USA if he affirms the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and says all Muslims are oriented to the fires of Hell according to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7).This is the official Church teaching according to magisterial documents interpreted without the false premise of invisible people being visible.
The USCCB bishops do not state that all Muslims are oriented to Hell since they die without 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).The USCCB bishops do not permit Catholic priests to offer the Traditional Latin Mass if they affirm Vatican Council II (AG 7) and say that all Muslims need to convert into the Church.
