Two popes need to correct the objective error in salvation theology which cannot be the teaching of the Holy Spirit and so is not magisterial

The two popes need to be shown that theoretical possibilities cannot be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in 2017 and this changes the interpretation of Vatican Council II. The Council is then no more a rupture with the old ecclesiology upon which depended an ecumenism of returm and the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King. The two living popes need to correct the objective error in salvation theology which cannot be the teaching of the Holy Spirit and so cannot be magisterial.

THEORETICAL POSSIBILITIES ARE SPECULATION

Possibilities are not objective and known cases in 2017. So possibilities are not exceptions to the traditional teaching on all needing to be inocorporated into the Church as members for salvation.
I cannot say that it is possible that there was a baptism of desire case this year or that there were 10 last year or none 10 years back.So a theoretical possibility must not be considered a known exception to the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.

THEORETICAL POSSIBILITY CANNOT BE AN EXCEPTION TO EENS IN 2017
Also for me a theoretical possibility would mean the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance would include the baptism of water in the Catholic Church since this is the dogmatic teaching based on Scripture ( John 3:5, Mark 16:16 etc).1

The popes must be asked to announce the obvious- that invisible for us baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved invincible ignorance (I.I) are not visible in 2017. So they cannot be exceptions to the traditional teaching on all needing to be incorporated into the Church as members for salvation.

They need to announce that there is no known salvation outside the Church, there was none in the past and there can be none in the present.Theologically there are no known  exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, as it was interpreted, for example, by the missionaries and magisterium in the 16th century.
They must clarify that hypothetical cases are simply hypothetical and this is the rational Catholic philosophical reasoning. So BOD, BOB and I.I like hypothetical cases in Vatican Council II ( LG 16, LG 8, LG 14, UR 3, NA 2,GS 22,AG 7, AG 11 etc) are not exceptions to the dogma EENS as it was known to Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St. Benedict Center of Boston.
Zero cases of something are not exceptions to the dogma EENS says the American apologist John Martignoni who is the  Director of the Office of the New Evangelization and Stewardship in the diocese of Birminghamd in Alabama, USA  and has a  program on EWTN.Fr.Stefano Visintin osb, Rector of the Pontifical University of St. Anselm, Rome agrees with him.He says  BOD, BOB and I.I are not exceptions to the dogma EENS.The American prelate, Archbishop Thomas E.Gullickson whom Pope Francis appointed Nuncio to Switzerland and Liechtenstein has the same message.Numerous priests in Rome, who offer Mass in Italian also say that there are no known exceptions in the present times to Feeneyite EENS.
The popes need to announce that the Catholic Church cannot contradict the Principle of Non Contradiction by suggesting that invisible people for us, now in Heaven, allegedly saved with the BOD, BOB and I.I outside the Church, are visible exceptions on earth to the dogma EENS.People who are invisible and unknown are really visible and known exceptions to all needing to be incorporated into the Church as members for salvation is now what is wrongly being taught by the Vatican, with the approval of the two popes.
The popes must announce that Vatican Council II must not be interpreted with a false premise ( invisible people are visible, theoretical possibilities are real people, unknown cases of BOD,BOB and I.I are known cases in 2017) and false conclusion( there are known exceptions to all needing to be incorporated into the Church as members for salvation. So EENS is superflous and redundant now).
They need to correct Pope Benedict XVI's error which he made  last year.He said that EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century since there was a development with Vatican Council II (Avvenire).Without the irrational premise and false conclusion Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century. This needs to be clarified by the cardinals and bishops in the Catholic Church.

The Catholic Church guided by the Holy Spirit teaches that all non Catholics in 2017 need to be incorporated into the Church as members for salvation. This is Vatican Council II and the Catechism : present popes are denying this
