The Catholic Church teaches that all non Catholics are oriented to Hell, with no known exceptions, unless they become members of the Church, this is not a personal opinion only

It is the Catholic Church today which is teaching that all non Catholics are oriented to Hell unless they become members of the Church, this is not a personal opinion only. The Church teaches this in Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II.'All' need 'faith and baptism' for ' salvation' states Ad Gentes 7.So if someone says there are exceptions, then this is a personal view.In general every one needs 'faith and baptism' for salvation and there are no known exceptions, there are no practical exceptions, for example in 2017.
The text of Vatican Council II also does not state that there are exceptions. This has to be inferred by the reader. This is wrongly inferred by most Catholics.
The text of Vatican Council II does not state that we must infer that LG 16, LG 8, LG 14, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22, AG 11, AG 7 etc refer to known and visible in the present times saved outside the Church.Common sense tells us that there cannot be known people who are saved outside the Church. Since they would be in Heaven and this would only be known to God.
So when the two popes and all the cardinals suggest that Lumen Gentium 16 etc are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS it is a mistake. It is their personal wrong inference.
So it is the Catholic Church in its magisterial documents ,interpreted without the false premise and conclusion, which states all need faith and baptism to avoid the fires of Hell(CCC 1257, 845,846, Vatican Council II, AG 7, LG 16, John 3:5, Mark 16:16, Mat.7:13 etc, Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441 etc).It is not just Lionel Andrades.
So when I say that all non Catholics in 2017 need to formally enter the Church, with faith and baptism, I am affirming the traditional and post Vatican Council II teachings of the Catholic Church; according to magisterial documents interpreted without the false premise and conclusion.
So it is important for Catholics to proclaim the faith, to do mission, knowing that all non Catholics (Protestants, Orthodox Christians, Pentecostals,Evangelicals, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, Muslims, atheists and pagans) need to enter the Church for salvation.Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation. This was taught by Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston and the magisterium of the16th century. This was taught by the Jesuit missionaries in the Middle Ages.
However it is not accepted by the two popes and all the cardinals of the Church today. They reject or do not know of magisterial documents interpreted without their irrational inference.
So when it is said that Vatican Council II is a legitimate Council, this is true but only without the false inference of the two popes and the cardinals.
When the Revised Code of Canon Law says that Deacons must have a theological education it
is interpreted to mean, the new theology interpreted only with the false inference of the two popes. For me it means without the irrational inference. The text in the 1983 Code of Canon Law does not state that we must use the false inference.
When it is said that Mass in English, Latin and Greek today must be offered without the past ecclesiology of the Church it is understood to mean, without the false inference of the two popes and the cardinals.
The Italian State permits the Benedictines today to work and pray like St. Benedict taught but not to proclaim the Faith as did St. Benedictine, since he did not interpret magisterial documents without the false inference.
When Cardinal Ladaria took the Oath Office as the new Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican he had to interpret the Nicene Creed with the false premise of the two popes. He meant 'I believe in three or more baptisms for the forgiveness of sins and they excluded the baptism of water'.
So it is only with the false inference that the Church no more teaches that all non Catholics need to enter the Church to avoid Hell.
Don't use the false inference and affirm the Catholic Faith. So for me the Churchj teaches that all non Catholics are on the way to Hell unless they become members of the Church. This is magisterial for me.This is the teaching of the Holy Spirit. The false inference is not the teaching of the Holy Spirit but is human errror.
